1. 基本方針
Sonic Splitの音源分離機能はオフラインで動作します。開発者はユーザーの個人情報、音源、処理結果を独自に取得・収集しません。
2. 音源の取り扱い
ユーザーが選択した音源は利用中の端末内で処理されます。音源は開発者のサーバーへ送信されず、開発者が取得、閲覧、保存することはありません。
3. 取得する情報
開発者は、氏名、メールアドレス、音源、処理結果、利用履歴などの情報を独自に取得・収集しません。
有料版の購入状態はGoogle Playにより管理され、アプリは有料機能の有効判定に必要な範囲でGoogle Play Billingの状態を参照します。
本アプリでは、広告配信等のためにGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を使用します。AdMobは、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、サービス改善等のため、端末情報、広告ID、IPアドレス、アプリの利用状況、診断情報等を取得・処理することがあります。これらの情報はGoogleのポリシーに従って取り扱われ、開発者が独自に取得・保存するものではありません。
4. 第三者提供
開発者はユーザーの個人情報、音源、処理結果を独自に取得しないため、これらを第三者へ提供するための情報を持ちえません。
購入処理や広告配信にはGoogleの仕組みが使われ、Google Play BillingおよびAdMobによる情報処理にはGoogleのポリシーが適用されます。
5. 保存期間と削除
体験版ではアプリ内にコピーされた音源および処理結果は一時的に保存されるのみです。アプリの再起動、または新しい音源の読み取り時に古い音源および処理結果は削除されます。
有料版ではアプリ内に保存された音源および処理結果はユーザー自身が削除しない限り削除されません。ただし、保存先は利用中の端末内のみです。アプリのバックアップおよび端末間移行の対象外であり、別端末への移行はできません。アプリをアンインストールした場合、端末内の保存データは削除されます。
6. ポリシーの変更
開発者は必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更できます。重要な変更を行う場合はアプリ内で通知し、必要に応じて再同意を求めます。

Sonic Split's source separation feature works offline. The developer does not independently collect or obtain users' personal information, source audio, or processed results.
2. Handling of Source Audio
Source audio selected by the user is processed on the device in use. Source audio is not sent to the developer's server, and the developer does not obtain, view, or store it.
3. Information Collected
The developer does not independently collect names, email addresses, source audio, processed results, usage history, or similar information.
Paid version purchase status is managed by Google Play, and the app references Google Play Billing status only as needed to determine whether paid features are enabled.
The app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for ad delivery and related purposes. AdMob may collect and process device information, advertising IDs, IP addresses, app usage information, diagnostics, and similar information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, service improvement, and related purposes. This information is handled under Google's policies and is not independently collected or stored by the developer.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Because the developer does not independently obtain users' personal information, source audio, or processed results, the developer does not have such information to share with third parties.
Google's systems are used for purchases and ad delivery, and Google's policies apply to information processing by Google Play Billing and AdMob.
5. Retention and Deletion
In the trial version, source audio copied into the app and processed results are stored only temporarily. Older source audio and processed results are deleted when the app restarts or when a new source audio file is read.
In the paid version, source audio and processed results stored in the app are not deleted unless the user deletes them. However, they are stored only on the device in use. They are excluded from app backup and device transfer, so they cannot be migrated to another device. If the app is uninstalled, stored data on the device is deleted.
6. Changes to This Policy
The developer may update this Policy when necessary. For important changes, the app will provide notice and may request renewed consent.
